(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, the provincial government or local level may collect, compile, publish and analyze information or data that it needs.< /p>

(2) Directly showing or publishing to anyone other than the authorized officer without the written consent of the person providing the information or data related to any individual or family or firm or company obtained or prepared in accordance with sub-section (1) or the person authorized by him. It should not be done.

(3) The provincial or local level will not collect details or data on matters collected by the Government of Nepal or information or data collected nationally.

(4) Other arrangements related to the collection, collection, publication and analysis of details or data by the province or local level shall be in accordance with the law made by the province or local level.”
